Kim Sneed
Director of the Belle Meade Children’s Center
Kim is a native Middle Tennessean who began her career at BMCC in 1995. Over the course of her 27 years in our center, she has grown from a floater to a lead teacher, then to a supervisor, and most recently to our intrepid business administrator. Kim is and has been instrumental in BMCC’s continued excellence as a Gold Sneaker and Three Star certified childcare center; she also led the development and submission of the federal child care stabilization grant that was critical to keeping BMCC open and running safely during the COVID-19 pandemic. Kim also recently completed her Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Administration.
Kim’s passion for early childhood education and for our BMCC community shines through in her vision and goals for BMCC, for both our center families and our staff.
