Rachael Jorstad
Pastor of Spiritual Formation

After graduating from Miami University with a degree in Professional Writing and Sustainability in 2016, Rachael moved to Tennessee to work at Mountain T.O.P. In that role, she oversaw volunteer logistics, program assessment, and spiritual life programming. Rachael graduated from Vanderbilt Divinity School with a Master of Theological Studies in 2022 and is currently in the ordination process to become a deacon in the United Methodist Church.

At Belle Meade, Rachael connects with folks who worship online, leads an online small group, writes liturgy, and assists with congregational events. Additionally, Rachael is a retreat leader. She cares about creating spaces for people to encounter God through contemplative practices in order to become more generous, grounded, and loving people.
