Pastor of Youth and Families
Position: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Job Summary: The Pastor of Youth and Families is tasked with building a thriving youth ministry that aligns with the Vision of Belle Meade United Methodist Church: to share the love of God and neighbor through Spiritual Growth, Missional Living, and Community Partnership. This person will be responsible for overseeing all ministry aspects of youth (grades 6-12) and their families. The ideal candidate will have a calling and passion for youth ministry, spiritual formation, organizational gifts, and the ability to inspire volunteers to serve as part of this important ministry.

Belle Meade United Methodist Church is looking for two dependable, positive, encouraging and nurturing nursery care providers. Our nursery staff have the wonderful opportunity to to invest in our children ages birth-5 years and help them experience God through the life of the church. 

Our community is committed to Safe Sanctuaries so we always have two adults with our nursery children and observe a 1:4 classroom ratio.  The rate is $10 an hour with workers always paid a 2 hour minimum. 

Job Hours Include: 
Sunday Mornings from 8:00-12:00
Wednesday Nights 5:45-7:30 (runs August-May) 
Additional weeknight Events throughout the year are also available.

We have a rotating Sunday morning schedule, so availability every week is not mandatory...but great when possible! We are in need of nursery staff who can commit to be present almost every Wednesday night from August-May.  

Experience with infants and preschool age children is a must. CPR Certification Preferred. A background check will be required.
